Job Summary
Are you a detail-obsessed, OCD Project Manager ready to lead and tackle website development projects? We seek someone with stellar leadership skills to manage diverse teams in a process-oriented environment. You’ll oversee projects dealing with WordPress, GoHighLevel, and AI integrations from start to finish. Existing knowledge of SEO is a plus. Proficiency in project management software and tools is a must; experience with ClickUp is a big plus (though not a dealbreaker). A proficiency in WordPress/Elementor puts you at the top of the list. If you excel at client communication, thrive in a team setting, and deliver precise results, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage website development projects, ensuring on-time delivery
- Lead collaboration with developers, designers, and content creators to hit project milestones
- Act as the client-facing lead, delivering updates and managing expectations with confidence
- Coordinate with on-page and off-page SEO teams to align websites with SEO goals
- Use project management tools to track progress, assign tasks, and keep documentation airtight
- Oversee WordPress builds, integrating GoHighLevel and AI features for top-tier functionality
- Create and present compelling project updates to clients
- Anticipate and tackle project risks with proactive problem-solving
- Keep every detail organized and every deliverable polished
Qualifications
- Proven Project Manager experience in website development
- Expert-level skills in WordPress/Elementor management and development
- Hands-on proficiency with GoHighLevel and AI website integrations (a plus but not a requirement)
- Mastery of project management software and tools (ClickUp experience preferred)
- Solid SEO knowledge and its application in web projects
- Exceptional organizational skills and a laser focus on detail
- Outstanding leadership abilities to inspire and guide dynamic, diverse teams
- Top-notch presentation skills for client interactions
- Fluent in English; Spanish skills are a bonus
- Independent and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with WordPress and specifically Elementor is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Graphic design experience is a bonus
