Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Healthcare Staffing Specialist to join our team at Engaged Headhunters.inen. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for finding the best talent to meet our clients' needs. As a Healthcare Staffing Specialist, you will play a vital role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various clinical and administrative positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of healthcare positions, including nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals
- Evaluate candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience to ensure they meet the requirements of our clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilize various recruiting methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify top talent
- Collaborate with other team members to strategize, identify and fill client's staffing needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in our database
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies
- Continuously monitor industry trends and market conditions to improve the recruitment process and stay ahead of the competition
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience and successful placements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare staffing or recruitment
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including clinical and administrative positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using various recruiting tools and techniques
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
